Shout out to all the haters… This is a seven year timeline. It represents more than just fat loss and bulking.. It represents seven years of dedication and consistency.. but not without cost.. costs which include injuries, anxiety, depression, episodes of binge eating, addictions and standing in front of the mirror picking apart every aspect of myself that I hated. I've been spit on, shit on, and hated on as well as stomped on while I was down.. but yet I keep getting up and pushing through to change shit year after year..
